Soul Patrol

On Duty 24/7

“Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel…” As commanded by our Lord Jesus Christ, it is our goal at Clear Springs Baptist Church to point lost souls to the Saviour. For this purpose, we endeavor to be daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly on patrol for souls. Clear Springs Baptist Church schedules family orientated events that will purposefully put us on patrol in our own city. Different events include:

1) Tract attacks held at various activities in Pensacola. Our largest number of tract attacks take place at the Pensacola Civic Center where events such as rodeos, hockey games, carnivals, dirt bike rallies, monster truck rallies, concerts, are held. This involves simply handing tracts to those attending the event as they enter the Civic Center. We also do tract attacks at events such as air shows, festivals, plays, and parades.

2) A monthly visit to Grandview Senior Center on Olive Road to interact with the elderly people. We sing hymns, play games, eat treats, share Christ and just have fun spending time with our elderly friends.

3) Mall marches in the malls of Pensacola where we simply approach people in the mall and ask them whether or not they are going to heaven. This soul patrol is a great event to get into one-on-one conversations with individuals.

4) Downtown street witnessing. Periodically we go to downtown Pensacola in the evening on a weekend to pass out tracts and talk to people about their eternity.

5) Clear Springs Baptist Church’s Most Wanted List. This is a ministry of the church that encourages people to be telling others about Christ on a daily basis. The Most Wanted List is a weekly list made by the people of the church that includes the individuals they witnessed to throughout the week. The list is then added to our weekly prayer list which allows the people of the church to pray for the individuals.
